This 2020 1/2 oz Silver Lunar Year of The Mouse Coin is a part of the very first release in the Lunar Series III from the Perth Mint. In 1999, the Perth Mint released the Lunar I series, which immediately achieved widespread acclaim. In 2008, the Perth Mint started releasing the Lunar II series beginning with the "Year of the Mouse".This caused the two series to overlap between 2008 and 2010.
