The obverse depicts a profile view of Lady Liberty with her hair tucked into a winged Phrygian cap. The reverse is based on the American Institute of Architects’ gold medal from 1907. An eagle perched on a rock pulls at a laurel branch with its beak and talons.

This particular coin was verified by prestigious NGC as MS70 Early Release coin, which means the coin was NGC-approved within 30 days of the first release of a new coin issue.
