The obverse shows Augustus Saint-Gaudens' Lady Liberty as a strong survivor, even wearing the biohazard symbol on her corset. She is seen with a sword in her right hand and the head of a zombie in her left while standing among the corpses of many slayed zombies. In addition, the background shows a burning Capitol Building with the sun rising. Inscriptions include "THE SAINT," "2019," and the denomination.
The reverse shows a biohazard symbol with blood splattered around it, as with every coin in this series. Inscriptions include "ZOMBUCKS," "CURRENCY OF THE APOCALYPSE," along with the weight, purity, metal, and Provident Metals logo.
