The obverse displays Lady Liberty wearing the Liberty cap adorned with wheat and cotton blossoms. 

The reverse presents the US Seal used in 1921. This seal consists of a bald eagle grasping an olive branch and arrows in its talons. A wreath surrounds this central image.
