The George Rogers National Historic Park in Indiana is a famous site in the US, symbolizing courage and a true foundation in American history. This memorial was designed and built between 1927 and 1936, being transferred ownership to the National Park Service in 1966. Nowadays, the George Rogers Clark National Historic Park is home to the largest memorial outside of Washington D.C., with a bronze statue of the hero located near the city of Vincennes, Indiana.
