History:

One of the popular and the only Government Authorized bullions of America, the American Eagle Gold coins were first minted in 1986 after the Gold Bullion Act of 1985. As per the act, the gold for the bullion comes only from inside of United States. U.S. Mint guarantees the weight, content, and purity of each coin. 2016 marks the 30th anniversary of the American Eagle Gold Bullion Coin Program.
