The reverse portrays the US Presidential Seal, with 13 stars above its head representing the original colonies.
• Obverse of the US Mint Philadelphia Bicentennial Medal features a rendition of a 1914 oil painting by John Ward Dunsmore. The reverse displays a variety of popular and current US coin designs along with the mint mark.
