This beautiful 1883-CC Morgan Dollar comes GSA Uncirculated with a box and COA. GSA Dollars are highly sought-after and add much collectible value to this coin. Morgan Dollars were primarily minted from 1878 through 1904. Each Morgan Silver Dollar is made from 90% fine silver with a weight of 0.7734 troy oz. The coins were designed by British engraver George T. Morgan and were named after him.
The obverse depicts a school teacher named Anna Willess Williams, as she poses as Lady Liberty for the new design of the coins. The year of mintage is inscribed below.
The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle along with the denomination.
