Manufactured by the Liberty Dollar NORFED organization founded by Bernard Von NotHaus, the round contains .999 fine silver and weighs 1/2 troy oz. NORFED, the "National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act and the Internal Revenue Code", is a private mint that was raided in 2008 by Federal Authorities.

The obverse features the left-facing bust of Lady Liberty. The word "LIBERTY" is inscribed on Lady Liberty's coronet. The phrase "TRUST IN GOD" is displayed near the lower right of the round, differing slightly from the phrase "In God We Trust" inscribed on legal US coins.

The reverse contains a variety of inscriptions, including NORFED's website and phone number. The weight, purity, and denomination are also displayed on the reverse, as well as Liberty's fiery torch. The year of mintage is inscribed towards the bottom.
