The obverse of each 2021 Silver Maple Leaf coin showcases the Susanna Blunt right-facing bust of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty wears her royal earrings and necklace. Inscriptions for her name, the denomination, and the year of mintage encompass the rim. The security feature’s radial lines emanating from the center of the background towards the coin's rim.

The reverse displays the national symbol of Canada through an intricately detailed Maple Leaf. A micro-engraved maple leaf near the bottom of the coin provides an extra security measure. Inscriptions for the country, purity, and weight surround the edge of the coin.
