Currently the only palladium coin in the market, the Palladium Canadian Maple Leafs only became available in 2007. Each coin consists of 1 troy ounce of .9995 pure palladium. All coins are newly minted from the Royal Canadian Mint and will arrive in Gem Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Its weight, purity and face value is backed by the Canadian government. These coins are legal tender but their market value outweighs their face value due to their palladium bullion content. The design of the coin contain the signature maple leaf of Canada on the reverse side, while the obverse side is adorned by a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
