The reverse features a design created by American Institute of Philatelists member Emily Damstra, expertly crafted into a three-dimensional sculpture by Michael Gaudioso. The image depicts a powerful bald eagle with its wings spread wide, descending towards the earth while carrying an oak branch in its claws.
