These 2021 Proof Silver Eagles were struck with a special Proof finish, and are graded DCAM (Deep Cameo). The reverse displays John Mercanti’s rendition of the US national Coat of Arms. Here, a bald eagle stretches its wings. In its talons are a bundle of arrows and an olive branch. The eagle holds a banner reading “E PLURIBUS UNUM” in its beak, and its chest is decorated with a shield showing the US flag. 13 stars shine above the eagle’s head, representing the original colonies.
