This bimetallic coin came was manufactured with the special process known as Bi-Metal Max. This process required completely covering an 11.5 oz copper center with 2 oz layers of .999 fine silver. These ultra-high relief coins were then given an antique finish. Tossakan, also known as Ravana, was once a giant who washed the feet of angels. Reincarnated, Tossakan became the demon king of Langka and an evil-doer in the famous Ramakien story. This is Thailand’s national epic that concerns the story of reincarnation on Earth under the deity commonly known as Vishnu. Vishnu takes on a human form to vanquish Tossakan’s evil power and demons. 

The obverse of the Tossakan collectible coin shows the legal tender of the Republic of Chad Coat of Arms. Inscriptions that feature the country, year, and face value are encircled with a smooth border. This border is surrounded by an elaborate design of Thai motifs. The front of the COA features the same design of Thai motifs also in antiquated finish. 

The reverse coin’s design stars Tossakan in his full armor inspired by the Gothic style. He sits on a throne, showing only ten of his twenty arms and four of his ten faces. Thai patterns also appear in the background. The reverse of the COA displays the product specifications and name of Tossakan in Thai with a brief description of his character, and the specifications.
