Greene’s lover, Bolivian intelligence agent Camille Montes, works with Bond to take down Greene after Greene hires a hitman to kill her. After an intense showdown in a desert eco-hotel, Bond defeats Greene, leaving him stranded with a can of engine oil. The movie ends with the iconic exchange between M and Bond, with M pleading for 007 to return to MI6. To which Bond replies “I never left.”
