Proceeds from these coins will go to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum's “Destination Moon” exhibit, the Astronaut's Scholarship Foundation, and the Astronauts Memorial Foundation. The proceeds are as follows: $35 for every $5 gold coin; $10 for every silver dollar; $5 for every half dollar; and $50 for every five-ounce silver dollar. Half of the proceeds go to the Smithsonian, and a quarter each go to the memorial and scholarship foundations.
