Her gown and the drape is gently billowing in the wind, and she is wearing a Phrygian cap on her head which signifies Liberty. The reverse features a majestic bald eagle perched on a mountain cliff with wings unfolded showing fearless spirit. A mountain pine is springing from the rock crevice, symbolical of America.
