The obverse features the full figure of Lady Liberty wrapped in the US flag, with her right hand reaching outward and holding branches of laurel and oak in her left.

The reverse displays an eagle holding an olive branch in the right talon and arrows in the left. A shield adorns the foreground in front of the eagle.
