Bullion Exchanges is honored to provide the first in the "Blessings Series from the Royal Canadian Mint, the 2009 Canada 1/3 oz Gold Blessings of Wealth Coin. This uniquely scalloped-shaped Proof coin contains .99999 fine gold and weighs 1/3 troy oz.

The obverse features a bust of Queen Elizabeth II, surrounded by inscriptions.

The reverse conveys the wish that "gold and jade will fill your house." Interestingly, the Chinese character for fish (Yú) is pronounced the same way as the character for jade. The peony, another powerful symbol for prosperity and nobility, is showcased at the center of the coin.
