This 1988-P 1/10 oz $5 Proof Gold American Eagle comes in a beautiful booklet with a box and Certificate of Authenticity. 1988 was the first year the fractional 1/10 oz proof version of the coin was ever produced, which adds to its collectibility. 

The obverse features Lady Liberty holding a flaming torch and an olive branch. Inscriptions include the phrase "LIBERTY" and the year of mintage.

The reverse displays a family of eagles with the male flying high above the nest holding his family. Inscriptions include weight and denomination.
