This 1922 $20 Gold St. Gaudens Double Eagle Coin NGC MS 65 is an excellent piece from the Saint Gaudens Double Eagle Series. These US gold coins were minted between 1907 to 1933 making them a tough find in today's market!

The obverse features Lady Liberty holding a flaming torch and olive branch in her hands, her hair and dress flowing in the wind. The background shows the suns rays along with the Capitol building. Inscriptions include the word "LIBERTY" and the year of mintage.

The reverse depicts an American eagle in mid-flight as the sun rises to a new day. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and the denomination.
