The reverse shows a bald eagle bearing a US flag-based shield on its chest and its wings spread open, with a bundle of arrows and an olive branch clutched in its talons. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and the denomination.
