This excellent 1896 $20 Liberty Head Double Eagle Gold Coin PCGS MS 61 offers a piece of US History from Bullion Exchanges. The coin comes perfectly encased in a PCGS Holder and with a grade of Mint State 61.
The obverse features a left-sided bust of Lady Liberty, her hair loose and wearing a diadem. Encircling this beautiful design is 13 stars representing the original colonies from the New World and the year of mintage below.
The reverse side shows the American bald eagle with a flag-based shield on its chest, wings spread open for flight. Inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and the denomination.
