Test your precious metals easily and accurately with the Precious Metals Verifier PRO with External Bridge. Made by Sigma Metalytics, buyers can ensure their precious metal products are authentic and pure. The Verifier Pro with external bridge measures gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, and copper. Additionally, the external bridge allows precious metal collectors and investors to test their purchases now at a higher range.

How It Works:

• Measure surface resistivity. You can measure surface resistivity as well as resistivity throughout the coin (thru resistivity).
• Measures thickness of metal. Two sensors provide readings based on the size and thickness of the coin. The larger sensor on left measures bars and coins with a diameter equal to or greater than 30mm. Additionally, it measures thickness that is less than 14mm. The smaller sensor measures bars and coins greater than 8mm. It can measure coins up to 4.2 mm in thickness.
• Determine the density of the coin. Once you can enter the measured weight of the bar or coin, you can determine if its density matches with the metal indicated.

Ranges:

• GOLD: Pure gold; 22K gold remainder copper (Krugerrand); 22K gold 3% silver and 5.3% copper (American Gold Eagle); 98.6% gold (Ducat); and 90% gold remainder copper.
• SILVER: Pure silver; sterling silver; 90% silver; older 90% silver; 80% silver; and Britannia silver.
• ADDITIONAL METALS: Platinum; palladium; rhodium; and copper.

External Bridge:

Also, this PMV PRO comes with the External Bridge. The External Bridge provides additional thru measure on bars from 12.5 to 45 mm thick. Additionally, bars must be at least 50mm wide. The External Bridge plugs right into the multi-pin connector on the main body of the PMV PRO.
