Bullion Exchanges is thrilled to carry the Don't Tread On Me 10 oz Silver Bar .999 Fine (SEALED). This bar has been privately minted with the design assistance of Thomas D. Rogers of the US Mint.
Gracing the obverse side of this 10 oz. Silver Bar is a coiled rattlesnake surrounded by the inscription “DON’T TREAD ON ME”, which is unique as it initially appeared on a political cartoon designed by Benjamin Franklin. Below the rattlesnake is engraved “AMERICA ESTABLISHED 1776”, and “GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH”.
The reverse side features an intricately engraved bald eagle with “THE PRINCE OF LIBERTY” inscribed above and eternal vigilance below which is a quote attributed to Thomas Jefferson. The reverse side also features the inscription “10 TROY OUNCES .999 FINE SILVER”.
