- Silver Medal Design: obverse shows a modern reinterpretation of Liberty, holding a brightly burning torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. A ring of stars arches along the left border, while sun rays emanate behind her portrait with the inscription "LIBERTY" across the top and the Roman numeral year "MMXXVI". Reverse: Depicts a majestic bald eagle in flight whose outstretched wings seamlessly transform into a waving American flag. Sun rays radiate behind the eagle above a smooth horizon, framed by the top inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
