The obverse of the 2021 Peace silver dollar coin presents the Lady Liberty design by de Francisci. Liberty looks to the left of the coin while wearing a tiara, symbolic of the sun’s rays. Her hair is in a loose bun secured at the back of her head. 

The reverse of the silver dollar coin showcases the bald eagle design, also by de Francisci. The eagle perches atop a rocky peak while holding an olive branch in its talons. It watches the sunrise - a beacon for a new peaceful era.
