The obverse of this coin depicted the classic effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark, carried the £2 face value and inscribed “ELIZABETH II D.G. REG F.D.” The reverse represented the active scene of Saint George riding on a horse to battle the dragon reinterpreted by Milliner.
