The reverse features a magnificent image of Winged Victory which honors the massive column and statue in Mexico City. The soaring Goddess of Victory holds a laurel wreath in her right outstretched arm signifying victory and in the left-hand holds the broken chain depicting freedom. The image is centered around a beautiful backdrop of the two most popular volcanoes in Mexico, the Popocatepetl, and Iztaccihuatl.
