The soaring Goddess of Victory holds a laurel wreath in her right outstretched arm signifying victory and in the left-hand holds the broken chain depicting freedom. The image on the reverse is centered around a beautiful backdrop of Mexican landscape featuring the two most popular volcanoes of Mexico the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl.
