The United States Mint celebrates the 225th anniversary by introducing this outstanding 2017 American Liberty 225th Anniversary Silver 4-Medal Set PCGS MS/SP/PF 70 FS. Featuring a new artistic interpretation of Lady Liberty, these beautiful medals became an important item in precious metals industry even before its release. The set includes four medals with the same design, however with different mints and finishes.

The obverse design of these stunning coins presents Lady Liberty as an African-American woman, wearing a five-pointed star crown in honor of the bronze Statue of Freedom topping the arcade of U.S. Capitol. The reverse design shows an eagle in flight, created by Chris Costello.

Each medal in this set was verified by PCGS within the first 30 days after its release: San Francisco Mint in a proof finish as PF 70, Philadelphia Mint in reverse proof finish as PF 70, Denver Mint in a uncirculated finish as MS 70, West Point Mint in an enhanced uncirculated finish as SP 70.
