2015 1 oz Mexican Silver Libertad Coin BU

Mexican Silver Libertad Coins were first minted in 1982 at the National Mint of Mexico or Casa de Moneda de Mexico. The coins are made of .999 pure silver. The Silver Libertad does not have a denomination because it was decided from the beginning by the Central Bank of Mexico that the coin should be based on the market price or spot price of silver in addition to a small premium. These coins are struck in 1/20 oz, 1/10 oz, 1/4 oz, 1/2, 1 oz, 2 oz, 5 oz, and 1 kilogram sizes each year. They have become a favorite among investors and collectors in the recent years due to its limited mintage.

The Silver Libertads were first minted in 1982 by the Casa de Moneda de Mexico or National Mint of Mexico. The mint was established in 1535 by the Spaniards. It is one of the oldest mints in North America and is an IRA approved facility (ISO9001) which means that the Silver Libertads that are being produced here are minted under the highest minting standards and they are approved for the precious metal IR accounts.

These Mexican Silver coins are considered to be one of the most beautiful coins in the coinage history of Mexico and has been gaining popularity with each passing day. It is also one of the most sought after coins as they have extremely limited mintage.
