2013 1/2 oz Australian Gold Kangaroo

This series of coin dates back to 1992 but this is the newest of the series and has a face value of 50 Australian dollars. It is a one-half ounce of .9999 pure gold, has a diameter of 25.1 mm, and a thickness of 2.4 mm. The front of the coin features the classic kangaroo design along with the weight, year, and purity of the coin. Outside of the kangaroo image, you can spot a “P” which is Perth Mint's symbol.
