The Battle of Queenston Heights was one of the most important battles fought during the War of 1812. This beautiful 2012 Canada 1 kilo Silver $250 The Battle of Queenston Heights depicts David Kelly's painting of the Battle of Queenston Heights. The Royal Canadian Mint released this marvelous coin containing 1 kilogram of .9999 fine Silver.

The coin is graded an excellent Proof 67 by NGC, indicating it has a sharp strike with its original luster and a few very small contact marks.

Obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II," along with the denomination ($250 CAD) and the year of mintage (2012).

On the reverse is the renown painting of the famous Battle of Queenston Heights as well as "CANADA," "THE BATTLE OF QUEENSTON HEIGHTS," "LA BATTAILLE DES HAUTEURS DE QUEENSTON," and the dates "1812-2012."
