This 1987 1/10 oz Gold Chinese Panda Coin was manufactured by the Shenyang Mint and bears the "Y" mintmark on the reverse side. Each coin is composed of 1/10 of .999 pure gold and is eligible for use in Precious Metals IRA portfolios. The design of this charming gold bullion coin changes yearly featuring depictions of the treasured panda. Each arrives mint sealed and in brilliant uncirculated condition.

The obverse depicts the Temple of Heaven, the coins year of production, and "People's Republic of China" engraved in Chinese Characters above the image of the temple.

The reverse features a panda sipping from a pond along with the coins metal weight, purity and denomination engraved using Chinese Characters.
