This beautiful 1884-CC Morgan Dollar comes graded by NGC as Mint State 62.

Morgan Dollars were primarily minted from 1878 through 1904, due to their popularity they were minted again in 1921. Each Morgan Silver Dollar contains .7734 troy ounces per coin. The coins were designed by British engraver George T. Morgan and were named after him. 

The obverse features a left-facing profile of Lady Liberty wearing her cap which is decorated with two heads of wheat and two cotton blossoms. The word "LIBERTY" is inscribed on the front of her cap. Liberty's head is encircled by the 13 Stars representing the 13 original colonies. Inscriptions include “E PLURIBUS UNUM” and the year of mintage.

The reverse displays the majestic bald eagle with outstretched wings clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", "IN GOD WE TRUST”, and the denomination. The mint mark for Carson City Mint (CC) appears directly above the denomination.
