1 oz Copper Aztec Calendar Round .999 Fine

Bullion Exchanges is excited to offer the intricately detailed 1 oz Copper Aztec Calendar Round, struck from .999 fine copper. This beautifully designed piece showcases the legendary Aztec Sun Stone, also known as the Aztec Calendar, one of the most iconic and revered symbols of ancient Mesoamerican civilization. Combining striking artistry with pure copper content, this round is an exceptional choice for collectors, history enthusiasts, and bullion buyers alike.

The design is based on the original Aztec Sun Stone, a massive carved basalt disc discovered in 1790 in Mexico City. Thought to have been created during the reign of Emperor Moctezuma II, the Sun Stone represents the Aztec understanding of time, cosmology, and divine forces. The central face is believed to depict Tonatiuh, the sun god, surrounded by intricate carvings representing the days, gods, and cosmic eras that defined the Aztec calendar system.

Struck with precision and depth, this 1 oz copper round honors the complex worldview of the ancient Aztecs while offering a unique and affordable way to own a piece of historical art rendered in fine copper.
